Silver Tickets

Thanks to the support of numerous FFF supporters, we have been able to raise the money needed to set up and equip the FFF Restaurant in Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek. As a result, the remaining Golden Tickets are now available as Silver Tickets – with a discount of €30 per ticket.

 

Want to immerse yourself in one gastronomic subject? Does a film or meal on its own leave you craving more? These tickets are ideal for the epicures out there. A Silver Ticket gives you access to a special food and film experience: a delicious lunch prepared by top national and international guests chefs, followed by a carefully selected food film.

	Proefwerk lunch + film Friday 9 May On Friday 9 May we pay tribute to Johannes Van Dam, who passed away last year. Enjoy a lavish lunch, cooked by three Amsterdam chefs who all received a 9.5 or higher from the influential restaurant critic, followed by a documentary about the man himself.
	Hollandse Nieuwe lunch + film Saturday 10 May They are young, ambitious and talented. On Saturday 10 May we present the rising starts of Dutch gastronomy in the FFF Restaurant, followed by a screening of the documentary Hollandse Nieuwe.
	Pourcel brothers lunch + film Sunday 11 May Forget the long drive to the south of France. On Sunday 11 May, lunch Languedoc-style in the Westergasfabriek. Specially for the Food Film Festival, Joris Bijdendijk has invited his French culinary mentors to Amsterdam.

A delicious lunch followed by a food film carefully selected to complement the meal.

 

The Food Film Festival is moving to the Westergasfabriek this year. That means more space for the films, workshops and, of course, the FFF Restaurant. But the FFF Restaurant doesn’t yet exist. It’s future location is still an empty hall. Unlike previous years, the restaurant has to be built from scratch. Thanks to the support of numerous (star) chefs, FFF supporters and sponsors we have raised almost €15,000!

 

The price of Silver Tickets has been reduced by €30. This is the portion of the Golden Tickets that was donated to the FFF and is no longer applicable because we have reached our target.
