Traiteur Petra van Niftrik will learn you how to make a tasty ragout and what the best way to bread a croquette is. In this workshop, you will be able to choose from meat, fish or vegetarian food. When you will have learned the basics of making a croquette, it will be easy to variate with this snack.
In her own studio, Petra has been preparing exclusive dinners and catering on location. For Food Film Festival, she lets you enter her sanctuary.
