Beer, friends and self-slaughtered ham: life in Spain doesn't get much better. We see how Dutch farmer Berend revels in his life in southern Spain.
He runs his farm according to traditional methods and slaughters his animals himself. In Encarnación, we follow Berend and his friends Juan and Manolo during the slaughter of one of the pigs. A beautiful look at rural life as it was intended!
PLEASE NOTE: Encarnación will be shown as part of the short film programme Food is Experience. Tickets are available under that entry. Director Tanja Nabben will be present after both screenings for a Q&A.
