Healthy eating with Adams Appels
As part of the FFF in the neighbourhood progamme, chef Tawfik Youssfi won't just talk about healthy eating, he'll also give a workshop on it! On 18, 19 and 20 March, he will teach you how to make the tastiest Mediterranean dishes.
Better and more conscious eating is the result of more than just looking and listening, it is about doing. That’s why we are so looking forward to learning about healthy cooking with the residents of Amsterdam Oost. But you don’t have to live in Oost to take part!
Tawfik Youssfi from Adams Appels specialises in Mediterranean cooking, from French to Arabic. During the workshop, he will serve delicious snacks so that you can taste exactly what he is talking about. In addition, the workshops are free, although space is limited. So register today by sending an email to marta@foodfilmfestival.nl, stating your name and the day on which you would like to take the workshop.
