RestaurantEN
Chef Joris Bijdendijk and YFM chef Samuel Levie will create a menu and compile a team of talented young chefs. For weeks, they have been testing everything they will present in the FFF foodlab. The result will be a tasty three course meal of local and honest ingredients from the season. Need we say more? Only this menu will suffice to lure you to our festival.
How does it work?
During the FFF, the Studio/K restaurant will be taken over by our kitchen team. This restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, and there are additional breakfast deals as well. For more information: follow our Facebook, Twitter or take a look at our website regularly. This year's premiere is a lunch which connects with the film program in Kriterion, Studio/K's nephew.
To make sure that everyone can try the delicious meals at Food Film Festival restaurant, making reservations is not possible. At your arrival, talk to the host or hostess to get a spot!
Bridges
Restaurant Bridges is situated in the famous five star hotel The Grand. The kitchen crew and philosophy of the restaurant have just received a refresh by star-chef Ron Blaauw. Blaauw appointed Joris Bijdendijk as Executive Chef, and due to this man, the restaurant has become more sustainable as well!
Joris has been working with the Food Film Festival from the first edition and on, and runs the festival kitchen every year. This year, he will do this for the first time while combining it with his position as chef at Bridges. The experienced chef from Bridges, and our talenten YFM chefs cannot wait to get in the kitchen!
