What makes wine ‘organic’, and how good is fair-trade wine? Following the success of last year’s tasting, Harold Hamersma, wine critic for several Dutch newspapers, author and the co-founder of Foodtube.nl, is back at the Food Film Festival.
Harold wil explain all about good wines and 'good' wines during the tasting. We will investigate whether all those good intentions are also drinkable. Because who knows what is organic, not organic or fair-trade, when it comes to wine? How do inspection stamps influence the taste? If anyone can tell us more about these things Harold Hamersma is the man to do it.
