Sausage makers Brandt & Levie learnt their trade during a trip to the country of food: Italy. In Amsterdam they have steadily gained local fame through their high quality, environmentally aware products. Learn to make your own!
During this workshop you’ll get your hands really dirty! Divided into small groups, you’ll suggest your own particular flavor for a fresh sausage, after which you will start making one yourself. You can freely experiment with flavors that you think are tasty. At the end of the workshop the homemade sausages will be fried and eaten with the appropriate garnish.
This workshop will be in Dutch, but cooking is universal, so you're welcome to join in!
